This bill would provide money for schools to offer nutrition education and other programs for schools. It would also expand the school breakfast program. This kind of goes along with my state bill that I selected as it targets school age children. The latest action with this bill, is that it has been referred to the Subcommittee on Healthy Families and Communities.
